1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this site or engaging Trinova Digitals (Pvt) Ltd ("Trinova") for local services, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Trinova Digitals Local

Trinova Digitals (Pvt) Ltd (Reg. No. PV00360664) operates a Sri Lanka local division providing website design, Meta Ads management, and Google Business Profile setup for Sri Lankan businesses.

3. Use of the Website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

4. Intellectual Property

Site content belongs to Trinova unless stated otherwise. Client deliverables (the website itself, ad creative) become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the project quote.

5. Service Engagement Terms

a) Scope of Services

Each project's scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are defined in a written quote provided before work begins — pricing is per project, not a fixed monthly retainer.

b) Payment Terms

• Fees quoted in LKR
• Payment via local bank transfer or accepted mobile payment method
• A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per the schedule in the project quote
• Late payment may pause ongoing work (e.g. ad management) without affecting fees already due

c) Revisions

• Each project quote specifies the number of included revision rounds
• Additional revisions beyond that are quoted separately

d) Cancellation

• Either party may cancel a project before work begins with no penalty beyond any non-refundable deposit stated in the quote
• Ongoing services (e.g. ad management) can be cancelled with 14 days written notice

e) Client Responsibilities

• Timely access to any accounts, content, or approvals needed to complete the work
• Delays caused by client non-responsiveness do not extend agreed timelines at Trinova's cost

6. Results Disclaimer

Trinova provides website builds, ad management, and visibility setup services. We do not guarantee specific traffic, booking, or revenue outcomes — results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and client responsiveness.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trinova's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question. Trinova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during engagement, surviving 2 years after the relationship ends.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Colombo if unresolved, conducted in English.

10. Changes to These Terms

Updates posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
